REFUND POLICY

At dekord, we value our customers and want to ensure a fair and transparent process when it comes to refunds. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product or in the case of a valid order cancellation before dispatch.

The product must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned in original packaging, unused, and undamaged
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs
  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team
  • Shipping and handling charges (unless due to an error on our side)

Order Cancellation

If you cancel an order before it is shipped, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the product must be returned first (if eligible) before a refund can be issued.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred via bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash after confirmation
  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your refund is processed

How to Initiate a Refund

  • Our team will guide you on the next steps, including how to return the product (if required)
  • No refunds will be processed without prior verification and approval from our support team

Fraud & Scam Protection

Refunds will not be issued for products returned in used, damaged, or altered condition.

Any attempt to abuse or misuse the refund process (e.g., fake claims, switching products) will result in the request being declined and may lead to a permanent block from future purchases.

dekord reserves the right to withhold refunds until the product is received and verified.
